What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced Ray-kee) comes from the Japanese rei, meaning "universal", and ki, meaning "energy". Reiki's "universal life force" energy is equivalent to the vital life force of qi in traditional Chinese medicine, and to prana in Ayurvedic medicine.
Reiki has its own intelligence. Its energy goes where it is needed and has a balancing affect on mind-body-spirit.
Reiki can "charge" and increase the nutritional and energetic qualities of food and drink. Reiki, is essentially, the element of "love".
