What is the BOX?
Café Reiki does the menu planning for you by packing up home-delivered vegan, raw meal boxes (four entrées, four sides, two snacks and two desserts). Tricia Sullivan and her team at Cafe Reiki prepare a different Box each week. This provides you with healthy, organic, vibrant food for the week. Fresh, nourishing meals that you can conveniently bring to work or have waiting for you at home.
The Box is designed to supplement your own healthy efforts. Depending on the individual, The Box can last one person 4-7 days. A few homemade salads or some fresh vegetable juice would complement this nicely. Order one week at a time with no commitment of continued service.
How do you order the Box?
The week's menu is posted here every Monday. Deadline to order that week's BOX is the following Friday at 12 noon. We prepare the Box for the week each Sunday and Monday. It is then ready for pick-up at our Cafe on Mondays from 1-7pm.
The Box is one hundred and forty dollars ($140.00) or ($500) if you prepay with a monthly plan. This is a savings of $40.
