Drawing mandalas is an activity in quieting
the mind and listening to ones inner spirit.
Mandalas are symbolic of ones own inner
beauty and can help the individual in many
way, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
This class requires no knowledge of drawing
or any other art background. It is meant to be
a personal journey into your creative expression.
Classes are each $15 and proceeds go to
support the Reiki Cafe. All supplies are provided
and classes are held at the Reiki Cafe -

Steven Sieden has been offering these Whistling Vessels in sacred ceremony since they were created in 2002. He has shared this 3,000-year-old, lost technology in gatherings around the country.
This ceremony uses the healing sounds of the seven Whistling Vessels. It requires one person blowing air and energy into each of the Vessels. During the ceremony, we energize all of our senses as well as opening our intuitive channels. The resonances created transform consciousness for everyone involved with these unique, unrecordable sound frequencies as well as those to whom the energy is sent by participants.
This is a Healing, Manifesting Ceremony for the benefit of all beings as well as our Beloved Mother Earth. The power of this experience cannot be truly captured in words, pictures or sound recordings. Only through personal participation will you know and receive the value of this experience.

“I continue to make and tune my instruments in the same way as the pre-Columbian Andean craftspeople who had preceded me. I continue to believe that what the Andean shaman/priests were doing with these instruments remains to be re-discovered. Certainly, they are a remnant of a lost art. In all likelihood, they are part of a psycho-spiritual tradition, an element in a technology of sound that disappeared along with the Inca Empire in the 16th century.”
Logistics: This Circle will run approximately two hours. Please arrive on time so as not to disrupt the Circle. Also, plan to stay through completion. We have a limited amount of space, so please RSVP (ssieden@gmail.com) with your commitment to attend.
Chairs will be available. Please bring a cushion or other floor sitting device if you prefer being "closer to the action." Also, bring a water bottle.

In this powerful group, we will use T. Harv Eker's book "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind " as a guide for our process. (While not required reading, it is a recommended resource.)
Eker believes we all received a "money and success blueprint" in childhood, with certain beliefs and comfort levels around abundance. We formed many of our money-beliefs while very young; would you take financial advice from a child? Well, by living from this old programming, many people do so every day! The good news is that through awareness and the use of EFT, you can clear these limitations and reprogram yourself for success.
While the focus of these meetings will be on financial abundance, we acknowledge that abundance can take many forms -- health, well-being, love, kindness, friendship -- just to name a few. Also, ultimately money is a "How," a means to the feeling-states we hope it will bring to us; those feeling-states tend to boil down to: peace of mind, joy, freedom, independence, safety and security.
We will tap together to clear the most common limiting beliefs that block the flow of abundance. We'll address the specific events from your past that caused you to form these limiting beliefs and "clear the charge" from them. We'll focus on helping you reconnect with the unique value you have to offer the world, your inherent deserving of wealth, and knowing that it is completely safe to thrive financially.
