About Us

Tricia, Chef Sam, and Charlie
Tricia Sullivan is the creator of Cafe Reiki. Cafe Reiki was born out of a life- long passion for health, healing, spirituality, the mystical, and the " divine". Tricia found herself fascinated and magnetically drawn to the study of Reiki and the eternal relationship of mind, body, and spirit on overall health. Recently discovering Raw, "living" foods it quickly became evident to her, the connection of the "life force energy" in raw foods and its vibrational affect on our own mental and physical bodies.
Tricia's light-hearted approach is inspirational. Preparing food is a sacred act for her. It is also an offering of gratitude and appreciation for the true food of life, and for all who grow and sustain it. Nurturing and nourishing others comes naturally to her. Cafe Reiki is her dharma, an expression of her love for Reiki, energy work, holistic health, nutrition, and being of service.
Tricia is a certified Reiki Master , having facilitated Reiki Soundscape, a community -based monthly workshop combining Soundhealing and Reiki at Planet Earth Yoga in Fremont. She completed a comprehensive 16 week culinary arts program. She is involved in ongoing Business training through Washington CASH. Tricia has an exceptionally strong customer service/management background having worked for prominent companies such as the World Famous Space Needle, Starbucks Corporate Office, and Aetna/US Healthcare. Tricia holds a BA in Communications and Journalism.
